ABOUT ME
I am passionate about helping people improve their health and their well-being and I am a firm believer that with the right state of mind and with the right training people can accomplish what they didn’t think possible.
I have discovered this first hand from my own weight loss journey as a non-exercising, takeout eating younger man through to me starting the Couch to 5K program and then completing my first ever Ultramarathon the following year.
I am a fully inclusive trainer and I believe that exercise can be taken up at any age and starting from any ability and I am equally happy and motivated to help people right from the junior athletes I coach at my local athletics club all the way through to older clients.

CORE
Tue 10:00-10:30am & Thu 7:30-8:00pm
Not just an abs class, this class is designed to hit all of the muscles which make up your core including your obliques, your lower back and your glutes to name a few. If it isn't your arms or legs then it's your core!
FIRST STEPS TO FITNESS
A low impact, low heart rate class concentrating on functional fitness, light resistance work and light cardio.
